Deleting your account

You can delete your Mommy & Me account and personal data yourself, from inside the app. Nobody has to approve it and it takes effect immediately.

How

1. Open the Mommy & Me app.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is deleted straight away

• Your profile — name, email, phone number and city.
• Your children's profiles, including their names and ages.
• Your saved favourites and notifications.
• The children's names attached to your past bookings.
• Your password.

What is kept, and why

The booking records themselves are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. They no longer contain your name, phone number or note, and they are no longer linked to you or to any account. Anything you posted in the community stays, shown as "A mother".

No longer have the app?

Email privacy@mommyandme.krd from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.
