These terms cover your use of the Mommy & Me app and website. By creating an account you agree to them.
Who can use Mommy & Me
You must be 18 or over and be the parent or legal carer of any child you book for. One account per person; keep your password to yourself.
Bookings and payment
- A booking is confirmed once you complete it in the app and we show you a reference number.
- Prices are shown in Iraqi dinar and calculated by us at the moment you book — workshops are priced per child, packages at a flat rate.
- Places are limited. If a session fills before you finish, we will tell you rather than take your money.
Cancellations and refunds
- You can cancel from My Bookings in the app.
- Cancel more than 48 hours before the session and you receive a full refund, processed within three working days.
- Within 48 hours we can usually move you to another date, but the fee is not refundable.
- If we cancel a session for any reason, you always get a full refund.
Your child at a session
Tell us about allergies, medical needs or anything else that matters — the note field on the booking form exists for exactly this. Unless a session is explicitly drop-off, a parent or carer stays for the duration.
Babysitters and services
Our babysitters are background-checked, trained and interviewed in person. They are engaged through us, and we remain your point of contact for anything that goes wrong.
Community
The community space is for support between mothers. Do not post anything abusive, discriminatory, commercial or unsafe, and do not post other people's children. We remove posts and accounts that do.
Our responsibility
We take real care over every session, but we are responsible only for what we can reasonably control. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts a child at risk.
